I guess you can tell I like painting sheep. I passed by a field one day with some wooly sheep grazing and thought I need to go back to take some photos. Well to my surprise when I finally got by there again with my camera, the sheep all got haircuts. Being a daughter of a sheep farmer, I know why this happens. My dad sold the wool from the sheep we raised. So this is my painting of one of the not so wooly sheep. 6x6 oil on gessoed board.

Painting #23 is not a dog! This is a painting I started earlier in my challenge but finished up today after it was hanging on the wall so I could look at it daily to decide if it was finished. I love sheep since my dad raised them on our farm when I was little.
