is my actually first painting of the new year. After painting commissions over the holidays I felt I had to paint a subject I chose and also needed something blue for the Hanover Art Guild "In the Blue" show. I used an old photo I took years ago of a
bluebird that flew into my tree from the neighbors. I don't have
bluebirds coming to my feeder but I wish I did.
